Somehow you are breaking the traffic rules un-intentionally. As we step on the road, we insist on not violating any traffic rules, such as jumping the traffic signal, not tying the seat belt or keeping the car full of paper while driving the car, but there are many more smaller things that go un-noticed, due to which you may violate the traffic rules. There is a provision of fine for violation of such traffic rules, and you may have to appear in the court.
